Ownership of Completed Work: Upon completion of the package, all deliverables, including but not limited to graphics, templates, and written content, become the property of the client. The client has the right to use these materials for their own business purposes, including marketing and promotion.
Marketing Usage: Your Business Bestie reserves the right to use completed work, including screenshots, graphics, and testimonials, for marketing and promotional purposes. By purchasing the package, the client agrees to allow Your Business Bestie to showcase their project on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.
Confidentiality: Your Business Bestie is committed to protecting the confidentiality of client information. Any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.
Modification of Terms: Your Business Bestie reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of our service and the digital delivery of the product, all payments are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to review our portfolio and sample work before placing an order to ensure satisfaction.
Limitation of Liability: Your Business Bestie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
